백리향 삼선짬뽕과 고메 탕수육(baek-ni-hyang Samsun Spicy Seafood Noodles and Gourmet )

 

안녕하세요! 오늘도 먹자 타임 한번 가져 볼까요??

오늘의 메뉴는 바로바로바로  백리향 삼선짬뽕과, 고메 탕수육입니다.

전 어려서부터 중화요리를 참 좋아했어요. 그리고 항상 고민은 짬뽕을 먹을까? 짜장면을 먹을까? 였죠 초등학교까지는

짜장면을 주로 먹었는데, 중학교 이후로는 짜장 짬뽕 둘 다 시켜서 먹었지요^^ 엄청 많이 먹지요?

하지만 40대에 가까워 오면서 양이 줄어서 한 가지만 먹어야 했고,  짬뽕 짜장면 중 저의 입맛을 만족시키는 메뉴는 바로바로 짬뽕이 되었답니다. 얼큰하고 시원한 국물을 좋아할 수밖에 없었어요^^

However, as my 40s approached, the amount decreased, so I had to eat only one food, and the menu that satisfies my taste among jjamppong jajangmyeon became jjamppong. I couldn't help liking the spicy and deep broth.

계획은 탕수육이랑 양파를 짬뽕 위에 올려서 같이 먹으려고 했답니다.

본격적으로 먹어 봅시다(Let's start eating)

 

우선 짬뽕을 국물과 함께 후루룩 한입 먹기 시작합니다.

면은 생면인데 쫄깃 꼬들 느낌이 없어서 약간 덜 익혀 먹는 게 좋을 듯합니다.

First of all, I start eating jjamppong with the soup.
It's not fried, so it doesn't feel chewy. If you want to eat it chewy, it's better to eat it slightly undercooked.

자 이제 탕수육에 소스를 살짝 발라서 양파와 함께 양배추에 올려서 먹어볼까요??

역시 고메 제품은 실망을 주지 않아요 맛있네요!!

이번에는 짬뽕과도 같이 먹어봅니다.

인스턴트 냉동식품이지만 집에서 만들었다고 혼자 상상을 합니다.

중식을 안 좋아한다고 주장하고 있지만 거의 1주일에 한 번은 먹고 있는 거 같아요. 

어릴 적에는 짬뽕보다는 짜장이었는데 저도 이젠 아저씨가 되어 짬뽕을 찾고 있네요. 시간 참 빨리 흘러갑니다. 

아이들이 크는 만큼 내 나이도 먹는 건데, 그게 잘 인지가 안 되는 거죠. 짬뽕 탕수육 먹으면서도 많은 생각을 할 수 있네요.

더 늦으면 나에 대한 기록이 없을 거 같아서 가볍게 기록을 해봐야겠다 생각해서 시작한 블로그입니다. 먹는 이야기. 가벼운 뉴스 등을 주제로 하려고 했는데 가끔 제 생각도 정리해 봐야겠어요
