아파트 나홀로 급등(a sudden rise in apartments alone)

대한민국 최근 뜨거운 관심사 중에 하나가 부동산 특히 부동산 하락에 관한 이야기 일 것이다.

아직 내 집 마련이 안돼 있는 입장에서 부동산 문제에는 개인 적으로도 관심이 갈 수밖에 없다.

기사에서 말하듯이 성수동에 있는 한강변 아파트가 신고가를 달성하며 매매가 되었다고 한다.

기사를 클릭하게 된 이유가 이곳에 시세가 6억 중반 정도일 때 관심을 가지고 보았기 때문이다. 

어떤 사람들은 집값이 여전히 너무 비싸고, 거품이 빨리 꺼져야 하며, 집값이 안정화되어야 한다고 이야기한다.

이 말들에 동의는 한다. 그런데 맞는 이야기인가? 하고 의심을 품어본다.

땅은 만들어 낼 수가 없다. 집이야 지을 수 있지만 집을 짓는 땅을 만들어 낼 수는 없는 것이다.

결국은 가치 있는 땅은 누구나가 가지고 싶어 하는 것이다.

가지고 싶어 하는 땅에는 어떤 조건이 있을까? 

 

 1. 환경이 좋아야 한다.

 2. 직장과 가까워야 한다.

 3. 학군이 좋아야 한다.

 4. 치안이 좋아야 한다.

 

이 정도 일 것이다. 다들 동의하지 않나?

누구나가 원한다. 나는 아닌데?라고 말한다면 본인의 가치관에 따라서 선택하면 되는 사항이라고 말하고 싶다.

적어도 난 공원, 병원, 편의시설이 가깝고 교통이 좋으며, 아이들 교육에 걱정이 없고, 밤길 다닐 때 마음이 아주 편안했으면 좋겠다.

아침에 일어나 거실 커튼을 젖히면 한강과 공원이 보였으면 좋겠고, 스타벅스에 걸어가서 아메리카노를 사서 근처에 영화관에서 영화 관람을 한 후 걸어서 집에 왔으면 좋겠다는 말이다.

욕심이 아주 많아 보인다. 그리고 돈도 많이 필요하다. 그래서 미약하지만 꿈틀거리며 노력한다. 

누구나가 가질 수 있는 것은 아닐 거다. 그래서 관심을 가지고 노력해야 한다. 

기사를 보며 가치 있는 자산을 만들어야겠다 생각해본다.
